How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one working day, and always from a person rather than an autoresponder. If your message arrives over a weekend, expect Monday.
What happens on the first call?
Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe where the product stands, we ask the questions that decide whether the work is a fit, and you leave knowing whether it makes sense to continue. There is no charge for it.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes. Send yours across and we will sign it, or ask us for ours. We would rather do that than have you describe your idea in vague terms.
Do you take on small projects?
Often, yes. The size that matters to us is whether the problem is clear enough to scope, not the budget attached to it. If we are the wrong fit we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks in.
Do you work with teams outside India?
Yes. We run distributed projects across time zones and have an office in New York. Most collaboration happens asynchronously with a fixed overlap window each day.
