Full-stack Developer
Build and ship client products end to end, from the first commit to the thing running in production.
What the job involves
You would spend your time on
- Own features across the stack rather than a narrow slice
- Ship to production in your first two weeks
- Sit in client calls and turn what you hear into scope
- Review other people’s code and have yours reviewed
We are looking for
- Two or more years building web applications
- Comfort with a modern framework and a real database
- Judgement about when to build properly and when to move fast
- Written communication that does not need a translator
UX Designer
Turn half-formed founder ideas into flows and interfaces that survive contact with real users.
What the job involves
You would spend your time on
- Run the discovery that decides what actually gets built
- Take products from wireframe through to a shipped interface
- Work directly with engineers rather than throwing files over a wall
- Defend the decisions you make, with reasons
We are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped work, not only concepts
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping
- The ability to explain a design choice to a non-designer
- Interest in the business problem, not only the screen
Product Manager
Hold the line between what a client asks for and what their users actually need.
What the job involves
You would spend your time on
- Own scope, sequence, and the difficult conversations about both
- Translate between founders and engineers in both directions
- Decide what ships now and what waits, and say why
- Keep delivery honest against the dates we committed to
We are looking for
- Experience shipping software with a small team
- Willingness to say no to a paying client with a reason
- Comfort with ambiguity early and precision later
- A track record you can walk us through in detail
Graphic Designer
Own the visual language across our own brand and the products we build for clients.
What the job involves
You would spend your time on
- Design brand systems, not one-off assets
- Produce work for web, social, decks, and product surfaces
- Keep a consistent standard across several projects at once
We are looking for
- A portfolio showing range and consistency
- Strong typographic judgement
- Speed without a drop in craft
Game and XR Developer
Build interactive and immersive experiences, the kind of work behind our VR delivery.
What the job involves
You would spend your time on
- Build in Unity or Unreal for headset and web targets
- Optimise for frame budgets on real devices
- Work with designers on interactions that have no precedent
We are looking for
- Shipped at least one interactive or XR project
- Solid 3D maths and performance profiling
- Patience for hardware that does not cooperate
Life at Pythrust
Where you would sit and how the week runs.
We work out of a WeWork in Gurugram, surrounded by other founders and product teams. Ownership is the default and nobody is managing your calendar for you.
Hybrid, honestly
Two to three days in the Gurugram office, the rest wherever you work best. Deep work happens at home, decisions happen in the room, and we do not pretend otherwise.
